We can supply diving and ancillary equipment for use in the marine environment, along with multi purpose workboats through our vessel operating company FD Marine Ltd.

To provide flexibility for each project, all hire is available for short or long term contracts anywhere in the world. Our experienced in-house logistics team are pleased to offer fast and reactive solutions, and always happy to answer any questions to ensure your project runs smoothly.

Grey Bear

A highly stable and manoeuvrable vessel with multi role capabilities, Grey Bear is a shallow draft workboat ideal for diving or civil engineering support, ROV operations, cargo transportation, submarine cable laying or recovery, surveying and sampling.

  • Dimensions: 15m x 6.1m x 1.1m

  • MCA Workboat Code: Area 3 - 20 mile

  • Licensed for: 10 passengers + 2 crew

  • Loadline Exemption: 20 tonnes of cargo and equipment

  • Engines: Twin Sabre Perkins 270hp

  • Speed: 7.5 knots
